CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME

Dear Members

On behalf of the members of the ICA I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new Chinese Ambassador to Ireland His Excellency Ambassador Liu Biwei. I would also like to welcome our new members who have joined our Association in 2007.

The Ireland China Association is now in its 8 year. The Association has successful conducted over 50 business events in the past 7 years. I would like once again on behalf of our members to thank all of the excellent speakers over the years who delivered their presentation and gave us their time This year we have we have an excellent line up of 9 business events. I would hope to see many of our members at our events. The Association will also continue to participate in the welcoming of many Chinese delegations during the year.

The feed back from our members regarding the China Watch Newsletter has been very good and this year we will continue to delivery more business information through 2008.
