Frank joined the ICA in 2002 having returned from Australia and China where he completed an MBA in International Business with a focus on China. Prior to that, he spent 13 years in the UK focusing on Sales and Marketing in the business to business sector. International sales and sourcing experience includes Scandinavia, Europe the Middle East and Africa in addition to the Asian experience. 

In 2007 he started up a packaging company, which focuses on identifying and sourcing protective packaging and environmentally friendly packaging. New services include working with companies to reduce their current packaging and the resultant waste from it. 

Frank joined the council of the ICA in 2005 and has been an active member of the council since with the key responsibility for driving the publicity of the Association.
