To mark the 2012 Chinese New Year, the Ireland China Association is delighted to invite its members to a special dinner to celebrate the event. We are very pleased to confirm the attendance of His Excellency Mr Luo Linquan from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Ireland. An invitation has been extended to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton TD.
